To make shopping here in Simone's Closet hassl-free, here are things you need to know before adding to cart: 1. MAKE READING A HABIT. For all details you need to know regarding an item, we put them all in the description area. We will only take orders through this website, so kindly follow the ordering process. Don't worry it is easy peasy. 3. NO PAYMENT NO DELIVERY Once order form is submitted, we will notify via EMAIL you submitted if your orders are paid, unpaid, or is delivered already. You may also provide your IG handle and contact number, for other contact options in case we need it. We will only deliver items once PAID. Items will only be reserved to you in 48 hrs upon submission of order form. After that duration, if left unpaid, we will give it to the next miner. 4. NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE. NO REFUND. Before submitting order form, kindly make sure your orders are FINAL. We will only allow return and exchange and refund, in case we sent a damaged item, or a wrong item. 5. HAVE A SECOND ORDER OPTION in mind. Not all systems are perfect, and sometimes, inventory may have little lapses too. In case your original order is not available, we will notify you for your second option.
